At Air Foundation School System we have high standards of personal presentation and ask for parents’ co-operation in maintaining such standards. Our school uniform is important to us for several reasons.  It helps pupils identify with the school and to take a pride in their school. It is practical and avoids increasing costs as fashions change.  All pupils will be expected to wear the Air Foundation School System uniform.

Long hair should be tied back for school as this aids concentration generally and is essential for many practical activities.

JEWELLERY

For Health & Safety reasons and as we cannot accept responsibility for articles of particular value, we ask that children do not wear any jewellery to school apart from an inexpensive wrist watch.  In particular we discourage the wearing of rings and ask that children with pierced ears wear a stud. These may have to be removed or covered for some school activities.

MOBILE PHONES

Children are NOT allowed to bring mobile phones to school.
